ping pong shuffleboard peeling wallpaper bad smell
I loved the games this hotel had. There was ping pong and shuffleboard. The courtyard had fun stuff. S'mores kits were available to roast at the fire pits.
My room needed some work. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall. It had not been fixed even though they promised. Air circulated but had a bad smell.

convenient location tour bus
the location was convenient. it was near many places i wanted to see including the ocean and tour buses.
our window could not be opened or tilted, but this was not a problem.

surprisingly good stay
inside games outside games helpful concierge fresh coffee
The hotel has a great inside and outside games area. It is very suitable for both kids and adults! the concierge provided genuinely helpful local information. i helped myself to coffee capsules. It was nice to have fresh coffee in the room. pier 39 and the hop-on-hop-off bus are very close by.
The building's lower businesses looked abandoned, boarded up, and unkempt. That's a shame.

The rooms were clean and nicely designed. They provided a comfortable space. the beds were comfortable. rooms offer views of the city, which are beautiful at night.

While the hotel doesn't have its own full restaurant, there's a denny's on the corner. That provides a convenient option for meals. the hotel makes s'mores available. guests will find ihops nearby too.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Prince, in particular, was great! the front desk provided 24-hour service. the staff was quick to ask if guests were doing okay in their rooms.

common area ping pong pool complimentary s'mores polite staff daily fee extra charge suspicious email no response
I appreciated the common area (it had ping pong and pool). The complimentary s'mores kits was a nice perk with marshmallows available for roasting. The staff were polite, which I found helpful.
The hotel charged a daily fee for use of services like the courtyard and games room. These services reminded me of they should be part of the standard facilities. I also got emails asking to verify my payment method, which I found suspicious. The emails included a link and I got no response to my queries about its legitimacy.
